Air systems commissioning covers supply and return air volume measurement and adjustment at all terminals, fan curve verification, mixed air temperature testing, coil performance verification, and outdoor air intake measurement. All results are recorded against design values.

Hydronic commissioning covers chilled water and condenser water system flushing and treatment, flow balance at all terminals and plant circuits, pump curve verification, pressure differential measurement, and control valve function testing.

QPT produces a commissioning report containing measured versus design values for all tested points, deficiency registers, corrective actions, and final verified readings. This document forms the basis for handover of O&M documentation.
