HVAC Sanitisation Services
AHU cleaning includes coil cleaning with appropriate biocidal agents, drain pan cleaning and disinfection, filter housing cleaning, and all internal surfaces accessible through access panels. QPT carries out AHU cleaning to AS/NZS 3666 requirements and provides a written record of the work completed that satisfies all relevant Queensland Work Health and Safety Regulations.
For indoor air quality testing in Brisbane commercial buildings, QPT conducts IAQ assessments including carbon dioxide measurement, particulate count, temperature and humidity profiling, mould and fungal contamination analysis, and VOC sampling to identify air quality issues and guide remediation.

QPT services worked closely with ND&Y engineers to deliver a defect-free project on a 3 chiller upgrade on a live data centre. Works included decommissioning existing chillers and installing new chillers, including change over panels, Variable speed drives, and electrical and electrical control.
